Biography.

Ineke Van der Wal was born in The Netherlands. She lives and works in the Southwest of England .

Education 1972 Ineke Van der Wal came to the UK to study History of Art, unfinished due to personal circumstances. 1980 - 1982 Evening classes at Exeter Arts Centre with tutor Edith Southwell; fine art tutor at Exeter College of Art& Design. Academically self-taught. Achievements solo exhibitions; work has been shown at numerous private/and public galleries both nationally and/ internationally; Quartet, Lighthouse Centre for the Arts, Poole, UK curated by Stephen Wrentmore (2018) ; Sound piece Quartet , Lighthouse Centre for the Arts, Poole , UK (2018); Film presentation Quartet, Lighthouse, Poole (2019)
